Ability to perform all physical requirements (see attached list) Preferred Qualifications: Completed at least one semester of college (Concentration in Psychology, Child Development, or Education preferred) Experience working with young children with autism Bilingual CPR Training Strong communication, behavior management, problem solving, and organizational skills Physical Abilities Requirements: Sitting in a child size chair, walking, standing, bending (neck & waist), squatting, climbing, kneeling, crawling, twisting (neck & waist), simple grasping (right & left hand), power grasping (right & left hand), fine manipulation (right & left hand), pushing and pulling (right & left hand), reaching (above & below shoulder level), perform physical restraints/holds during emergencies, lift up to 50 lbs – can be required up to 8 hours per shift.
