**Position Overview:** As the Director, Special Investigations Unit (SIU), you will manage Sutter Health’s comprehensive system wide Special Investigations Program to ensure achievement of annual goals and objectives. You will influence initiatives and decisions of key multidisciplinary functions across the enterprise specific to the handling of critical investigations and will guide the SVP, Chief People and Culture Officer in her leadership of the Interdisciplinary Advisory Team. **Position Overview:** The Office of Patient Experience (OPE) Senior Analyst support the Quality and Safety Department to improve quality and patient safety. The analyst is responsible for developing new and implementing established processes for the measurement, analysis and reporting of quality and patient safety data in support of system wide Office of Patient Experience projects. This consultant/analyst is responsible for analytic project management, data modeling, statistical and narrative analyses and comparative performance reporting. The analyst gathers data from a variety of external, enterprise and local data systems to perform data transformations and analyses. The analyst works closely with OPE project managers, analysts, and with end users to develop and present results in meaningful formats.
