ITC Service Group (“ITC”) , is seeking an experienced  Business Process Analyst  in  Citrus Heights, CA.   The  Business Process Analyst  will perform routine business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining. As a Business Process Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios, tracking performance metrics or building metrics that matter, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you'll focus on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Researches best practices and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations. Work with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements. Provide business data interpretation. Produce ad hoc data and reports. Assist in developing or implementing systems to capture business operation information. Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems. Develop as-is and to-be flow diagrams to document high level or critical project processes. Improve efficiency through standardization of processes and streamlined workflows. Identify ways to more effectively monitor projects and eliminate waste and duplication. Continuous process improvement. Equipping PM’s and PM teams with appropriate resources and facilitate knowledge transfer. ITC Service Group (“ITC”) , is seeking an experienced  Lead Business Intelligence Specialist – Functional   in  Citrus Heights, CA.   The  Lead Business Intelligence Specialist   will manage business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation. There is a need for a highly-skilled resource that can understand our environment’s data requirements, implement policies and processes to improve data management, implement tools to improve data validation and data QC. Expertise in data mining, extracting, processing and performance analysis to support and stimulate management action as necessary; data analytics; comprehensive dashboards and relevant reports is what ITC considers an ideal candidate.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence processes. Working with business users to translate complex reporting requirements into functional design specifications for reporting solutions. Development of ITC’s strategies to expand business intelligence across its divisions. Identification of business process improvement opportunities, quantifying potential benefit and gaining consensus on opportunities to pursue. Development of detailed, yet clear and concise definition of current and future state that supports achieve agreement on the solution and the ability to execute the development of the solution. Across all phases of projects, incumbent is responsible for effective engagement of incumbent’s team, business experts, and business leadership to maximize what each can contribute to the process. ITC Service Group (“ITC”) , is seeking a   Director of Engineering   to lead our Engineering department at our Corporate location in Citrus Heights, CA Job Description The Director of Engineering, OSP is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality of engineering designs, developing, maintaining and approving design standards, developing strong relationships with Project Management and subcontractors, and ensuring all business goals and objectives are met within target dates and budget. The incumbent is able to identify, update, and create internal standards including construction, design, and materials for Emerging Business. The Director provides accurate and effective management of teams, reporting, budgets, scheduling and operational support by assisting with the continuous development, scheduling and performance management of staff and subcontractors.  Responsibilities Establish design rules and materials standards for assigned projects Leads day to day oversight of production and quality assurance related to assigned design projects in accordance with standards/guidelines/regulations Deals with internal escalations and ensures resolution of these items in a timely fashion Develops, tracks, and maintains production and quality metrics for each phase of any given project Engages with staff and subcontractors to ensure that weekly objectives and goals are being met Conducts frequent touchpoints with team to gauge and assess performance in meeting project/departmental/business objectives Completes status updates on various projects and ensures tracking on time and within budget Produces reports on quality assurance and projects to showcase with Project Manager Approves hours and schedules of staff to better meet AFL and client needs Approves all hours, schedules and expenses for payment Approves client assets and access per team member Troubleshoots both internal or client issues and resolves these in a timely manner Proposes, documents and maintains continual process improvements to internal standard operating procedures Ensures that monthly targets set at the executive level are tracking/trending on schedule Completes performance reviews for staff on an annual basis and provides ongoing coaching on performance Assesses internal training needs and identifies training opportunities to ensure effective performance Updates and creates internal production and quality assurance design standards Broadcasts customer changes and standards and verifies cost association Coordinates continual improvements while monitoring the regulatory environment for changing policies, processes and procedures Maintains materials by approving materials for usage that meet quality standards Maintains and builds team engagement and enablement Responsible for end-to-end employee management including; hiring, onboarding, leading, developing, training and mentoring team members. Oversee the design and the construction of the outside plant fiber network and maintain the highest standard of deliverable quality. General hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  But ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required. Travel will be required.
