Warehouse Worker Job Duties: Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; preparing materials for jobsites. Completes deliveries by driving truck / truck and trailer to and from vendors and/or jobsites.  Maintains truck and trailers.  Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Completes reports by entering required information. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Forklift experience, Valid Drivers License, Clean DMV, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry Skills, Dependability, knowledge of Warehouse Operations.   Essential Functions 1.  Assist in unloading trucks, checking in materials, matching bill of materials (BOM) to items received.  2.  Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped. 3.  Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. 4.  Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code. 5. File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area. 6.  Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic. 7.  Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department. 8.  Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method. 9.  Open crates, boxes and other containers. 10.  Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate method. 11.  Assist in counting of physical inventory. 12.  Count items for distribution within warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards. 13.  May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed. 14.  Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments. 15.  Prepare parcels for mailing 16.  Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. 17.  Wear the proper safety equipment. 18. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, forklifts, hand and power tools.   Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Construction experience preferred for position with growing Rocklin based commercial construction company specializing in cell sites. We are looking for a motivated Climber/ Rigger. This is a Full time position.    Duties including, but not limited to: Assembles / climbs / hangs rigging equipment on towers. Perform daily inspections on rigging equipment. Selects cables, ropes, pulleys, capstans, blocks and slings to fixed overhead structures. Attaches load with grappling devices, such as slings, loops, wires, ropes and chains to shackles and crane hook and/or load line. Assist with work as directed by foreman Participate in on-the-job training with on-site personnel Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Exhibit positive, cooperative, courteous behavior with customers, businesses and co-workers   Employment Standards: Proficient Rigging Preferred. Ability to learn and perform climbing / rigging and safety and company work procedures. Must be able to climb a 300 ft. vertical tower. Ability to work in High Elevations.
