**AECOM** is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer I to be based in Sacramento, California.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Builds analytic and design skills.
+ Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an
+ experienced engineer.
+ Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
+ Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
+ Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
+ Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Assist in planning and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
+ Perform calculations using computer simulations and modeling for treatment and hydraulic systems.
+ Assist in preparation drawings and 3D BIM models for treatment and conveyance facilities.
+ Assist in preparation of purchasing specifications for treatment and conveyance equipment.

+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
+ Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
+ Internship experience within the water/wastewater engineering industry supporting local municipal entities.
+ Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification.
