AECOM’s Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, and renewable energy clients. **The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:**
+ Work directly with the West region senior management team, assisting the Deputy Project Managers and Project Managers.
+ Create and manage spreadsheets and databases, including company project management software systems.
+ Create reports and presentations in both Excel and PowerPoint, and perform various analytic tasks to support strategy, business / financial planning, and operations.
+ Responsible for collecting data and preparing various forecasts on key project and program financial metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis across the entire West region client base.
+ Monitor the status of projects and programs, with the ability to understand their relationship and potential impacts to both operational and financial performance.
+ Conduct research and analysis, prepare reports and make recommendations based on findings.
+ Collect and analyze data to prepare reports required by West region senior management.
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’ Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field
+ Must have completed at least one year of study
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to work with different levels of both technical and administrative personnel
+ High comfort level with quantitative analysis, particularly under tight time constraints
+ Excellent communicator including the desire to ask questions and learn from co-workers
+ Ability to prioritize tasks with a commitment to completing tasks with urgency and within established deadlines
+ Working Knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 software, Microsoft Project, etc.
