Covered California is looking for a Bilingual Service Center Representative to join the Service Center Division. The Bilingual Service Center Representative interacts and solves the needs of the consumers, potential consumers, and other entities such as Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Certified Insurance Agents (CIAs), Certified Enrollment Counselors (CECs) or County Eligibility Workers (CEWs). This role involves answering inbound calls in a high volume service center environment, collecting and entering essential data elements into a computer system(s), and providing an overview of qualified health plans for Covered California.
The classification for this role is a Program Technician II.
