As a Senior Recruiter supporting our Early Careers Program you will be responsible for supporting the execution, excellence and continuous improvement of our early careers / university outreach and recruitment of top graduate and intern talent. Leveraging your project management skills, organizational and communication skills, you will work with various partners within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Talent Management and Development, and the business to identify, hire and develop the next generation of technical talent. We are seeking a recruitment professional for a virtual opportunity that can be located anywhere in the Domestic US.

The job summary of responsibilities will include:
+ Specializes and manages a technical function within human resources (HR).
+ Serves as a technical specialist for the function.
+ Is consulted extensively by associates and others with a high degree of reliance placed on individual's HR interpretations and advice.
+ May leads complex HR projects domestically or globally.
+ Plans and develops multiple HR projects with unique or controversial problems that have important effects on the organization.
+ May work with subject matter experts, outside consultants and vendors, as required.
+ Receives limited supervision or general direction, with strategic guidance from HR Directors/SVP.
+ Involves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate-wide.
+ As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in areas of considerable scope and complexity.
+ Provides work leadership and training for HR project team.
+ May manage staff on a project basis.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Ensures job descriptions and postings adequately represent and appropriately market the talent needs for regions or lines of business.
+ Reviews and analyzes work force plan goals to understand peaks and valleys in the recruiting cycle and is able to quickly react to spikes in hiring volumes.
+ Manages the process of internal applicant flow, inclusive of communication across organization and with candidate.
+ Professionally represents AECOM’s values and culture through all marketing, communication, and correspondence with potential candidates.
+ Pre-screens candidates using consistent interviewing technique; sets up interviews and assist Hiring Managers with behavioral screening questions. Provides assistance through all phases of the recruiting process to both candidates and hiring managers.
+ Provides ongoing communication with candidate through recruitment and selection process. Participates in the final recommendation for hiring.
+ Evaluates and improves upon assessments used during selection process.
+ In collaboration with Hiring Manager and HR team, discusses compensation for candidate.
+ Collaborates with Onboarding to ensure hired candidates are prepared for start date.
+ Leverages the applicant tracking system to organize and streamline the recruiting process (e.g., schedule interviews, establish notes, communicate with prior candidates, etc.)
+ Maintains applicant tracking system with current postings, branding, and applicant status. Utilizes the system to engage prior candidates who may fit current needs.
+ Establishes and ongoing talent pipeline through employee referrals, targeted candidates, and various networking activities.
+ Maintains recruiting documentation and files in compliance with state and federal regulations.
+ Partners with Campus Executive to connect engagement activities with open requisition or future needs in work force plans.
+ Attends campus events when req loads dip.
+ Mentors more junior level early career recruiters.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ BA/BS + 6 years of full life cycle recruitment, including 3 years of early careers program recruitment or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers both internal and external.
+ Proficient in utilizing an applicant tracking system, such as, IBM-Kenexa Brass Ring.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Ability to handle high volume requisition workload in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication with a positive, client/candidate-focused customer service attitude.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines.
+ Experience working in or with universities and colleges on recruitment/placement activities, including virtual career fairs.
+ Understanding of the campus recruitment environment.
+ Previous experience supporting large, fortune 500, campus recruiting programs.
+ Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information with proven ability to make decisions based on sound judgment.
+ Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as, have the ability, to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Experience training and mentoring junior level team members.
+ Proficiency utilizing excel and the creation of pivot tables highly desired.
