The Senior Project Engineer will:
+ Under minimal supervision, perform complex duties utilizing advanced techniques and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and methods.
+ Assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support staff.
+ BA/BS in Civil , Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering or Management, or similar discipline + 8 year of related experience supporting building and construction activities, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ 8 Years of experience in high rise building construction.
+ BS/BA in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Engineering or similar discipline.
+ Demonstrated experience in building and construction food service/commercial kitchens, high end construction, entertainment venues, etc.
+ Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing support staff.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office, CMIC and/or other construction technology.
+ This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
