**Job Summary** **AECOM** seeks an experienced, proven Program Manager to lead Federal/Dept of Energy(DOE) environmental remediation projects. Required qualifications for the DOE Program Manager include a proven track record of: * Managing and leading federal performance based/fixed price remediation projects * Close successful collaboration with DOE Tier 1 contractors and other stakeholders * Familiarity with DOE environmental programs, contaminants and organizational framework of the agency * Managing and directing professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects * Achieving contractual performance and financial milestones Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below: + Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow management + Leads teams by utilizing advanced scientific principles, theories, and practices + Utilizes existing technologies and past experience to develop technical solutions to complex problems + Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance + Analyzes financial statements and completes budget tracking + Performs work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to internal regional and environmental management + Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies + Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project team + Supervises junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project work + Conducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvement + DOE business development + Oversee and develop technical approaches and cost estimates for proposals + Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication, both verbal and written skills + Superior communication, writing, editing, and reporting skills for a wide variety of audiences **About AECOM’s Environment Business Line** Join AECOM to be part of an expert global team who is connected through a well-developed, worldwide, internal technical practice network through which you can learn from and brainstorm with the best in the world.
