JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Program Manager (CPM) manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the program to ensure regulatory compliance at all levels. The Clinical Program Manager provides consultation and support to the program staff. The professional development of staff is a key component of the Clinical Program Manager position. The Clinical Program Manager interacts with other program and department managers to foster agency integration, contributes to the development and implementation of program outcomes, policies, and procedures, and trains employees to ensure agency and program compliance. Supports the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Agency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Manager Specific ·Assists the Program Director and Associate Program Director in maximizing the effectiveness of services provided to youth and their families ·Manages the day-to-day operations of the program through effective leadership, providing an ongoing assessment of program, reporting to the Program Director and Associate Program Director any deficiencies and plans of correction ·Responsible for meeting all outcomes as documented in their Employee Development Plan ·Collaborates with Program Director and Associate Program Director to complete required program reporting. ·Takes active role in recruitment, hiring, development, evaluation, and termination of staff ·In coordination with Human Resources, develops a plan for the orientation, development, and ongoing training of staff ·Provides leadership, direct supervision, training, and support to team members including: regular one-to-one consultation meetings, regular assessment of performance, and routine provision of feedback as it pertains to job performance, professional development, and program and agency job specific expectations ·Collaborates with Managed Care organization to ensure service provision effectiveness ·Reviews and approves all documentation prepared by the program staff ·Ensures all program clinical records are current and accurate, meeting organization and Managed Care timelines for submission ·Ensures documentation is compliant with regulatory and contractual requirements ·Ensures the provision of services to our clients with appropriate regard to their physical and emotional well-being ·Reviews complaints generated by clients, their representatives, and/or other agents and develop plans to address each complaint satisfactorily ·Participates in on-call rotation
