We’re one global team – 47,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world. * Works closely with the program manager and/or senior program manager to learn and develop skills specific to program management. * Manages aspects of a program such as oversight of project managers, oversight of project controls or similar. * Provides direction and oversight to AECOM staff and subcontractors. * Generally has task and project management experience, including successful completion of several large projects. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Experience managing or leading a team. **Preferred Qualifications** + Minimum 15 years of related experience + Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management field + Correctional/Detention/Jail project experience + Office Facility project experience + Courthouse/Justice experience + Expert in design-build procurement, contract management and project execution + Knowledge in California Public Works and public contract code + Ability to communicate at a high level with senior leaders within AECOM and/or the client's organization **What We Offer** We will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
