The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Research, review, and analyze water quality policy and regulations.
+ Support regulatory compliance tasks relating to stormwater and wastewater management.
+ Support the development of Water Quality Management Plans, which communicate stormwater and wastewater regulations affecting the management of water sources at a facility.
+ Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).
+ Participate in other environment-related projects and tasks as required.

**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
+ 4 years of engineering experience focused on water quality compliance
+ Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
+ Nationwide travel (50% of the time)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 6+ years of engineering experience focused on water quality compliance
+ Strong focus and attention to detail
+ Strong writing, critical thinking, and reasoning skills
+ Basic knowledge of ArcGIS and AutoCAD software
+ Experience reviewing and/or writing Spill Prevention Countermeasure Control (SPCC) Plans
+ Experience consulting DOD clients
+ Knowledge of DOD management practices as they relate to environmental compliance
**Additional Information:**
+ Relocation is not available for this position.
+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range of this position is: $68,000 - $126,000.
