Substance Abuse Counselor
Starting pay range: $27-$33/hr.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Center Point’s mission is to provide comprehensive social, educational, vocational, medical, psychological, housing and rehabilitation services to combat social problems such as substance abuse, poverty, unemployment and homelessness.
Center Point is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals with a desire to teach to join one of our exciting teams as a Certified SUD / AOD Counselors at California State Prison, Sacramento (SAC), Folsom State Prison (FSP), Folsom Women's Facility (FWF), California Health Care Facility (CHCF), Mule Creek State Prison (MCSP), and other institutions in Northern California.
About the Position:
As a Certified SUD / AOD / Substance Abuse Counselor you will support the community by delivering face-to-face rehabilitative programming services provided in the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISTUD) Program.

Minimum Qualifications:
SUD / AOD / Substance Abuse Counselors must meet one (1) of the following minimum requirements:
Level III (The Counselor III must meet one (1) of the following requirements):
AOD certified and more than two (2) years of experience providing SUDT services as a certified AOD Counselor. Less years of experience is required depending on level of education.
Level II (The Counselor II must meet one (1) of the following requirements):
Level I (The Counselor I must meet one (1) of the following requirements):
