The Consumer Relations and Resolution (CR&R) Branch is looking for TWO passionate analysts to join the Special Projects Unit in resolving enrollment and financial inaccuracies, as well as focusing on other high-profile projects and assisting the Escalations & Resolution team.
How Will I Make an Impact?
As the Special Projects Analyst, you will be part of a team that is responsible for helping some of Covered California’s most financially vulnerable consumers. You will focus on utilizing multiple healthcare enrollment and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to resolve complex and in-depth eligibility and enrollment-related issues. In this role, you will be able to use your call-center experience and research skills to complete independent assignments and ensure swift and accurate resolution of time-sensitive assignments.
