  • Competitive Pay: Starts at $17-$22 per hour based on experience and certifications (DSP 1, DSP 2, and RBT)

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; DSP 1 and DSP 2  and RBT certifications highly desired
  • Experience: Six months of experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral, mental health issues
  • Skills: Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy, strong communication skills
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Licenses: Valid CA Driver's license

*Experience as a behavioral technician, with ABA theory, behavioral intervention, and other experience working with individuals with behaviors is highly desired!
