Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent performs the full range of progressively difficult personnel transactions duties, including but not limited to record keeping, personnel/payroll document processing, and employee benefits while maintaining confidentiality of employee personnel/payroll information. Finance’s Human Resources’ Transaction Unit is comprised of a small, mighty, and dynamic team consisting of up to 3 Specialists who split transactions duties for 400+ employees. As a smaller organization you will get the unique opportunity to learn and apply all aspects of personnel transactions.
