United States of America - California, Sacramento **Job Summary** * Provides specialized skills on complex technical and/or business process matters in one or more areas of knowledge * Work is accomplished autonomously or on small projects or portions of larger projects within established procedures and practices, with decisions guided by policy, procedure, business plan, and/or a senior supervisor * Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from Managers * Provides leadership for the work group through knowledge in area of specialization, coordinating work of others * May lead one or more teams in the delivery of work efforts that are often complex * Contributes as a specialist on complex technical and/or business process function in one or more areas of knowledge, providing proposed improvements to existing processes and delivering solutions where precedent may not exist **Minimum Requirements** BA/BS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education **Preferred Qualifications** + California P.E. Civil Engineering + 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification required + Previous consulting experience required + Strong desire to provide excellent, innovative, practical solutions and a commitment to technical excellence + Must be a self-starter, team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work with, mentor, and direct engineers, scientists, and technicians + Well organized and exhibit ability to successfully track and meet budgets and schedules + Oversee remedy construction and operation and maintenance of environmental project work + Selling, managing, performing, and consulting on projects and programs, including a wide range of project sizes **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future .
