Job Description
This is a limited continuous filing exam. Next filing cut-offs are at 5:00 pm on:
Under close direction, install, service, and maintain electrical wiring systems and equipment in various municipal buildings, parks, stations, plants, street lighting and fire alarm systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Either: Successful completion of five year state accredited electrical apprenticeship program in a commercial and/or industrial environment.
Or: Five years of full time paid experience performing work as an electrician.
Note: A General Building Contractor license will not be accepted as a substitute for the minimum qualifications stated above.
