Job Description

The Call Center Representative position exists to provide a world class homeowner experience while setting high quality appointments. The primary focus of this role is to actively listen to homeowner needs, then provide a consultative appointing experience to well represent RBA.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for the following:
  • Delights internal and external customers
  • Builds rapport with customers and teammates
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicates with RBA teammates effectively and clearly
  • Overcomes objections and sets appointments with an emphasis on first available appointment
  • Utilizes available scripting and rebuttals; is open to feedback and coaching to optimize lead interactions and appointment set rates
  • Ensures the quality of appointments set for the Outside Sales Team
  • Assists with calendar capacity through understanding and utilization of territory calendars
