There is an additional 3.35% Management Differential which is added to the posted salary for this class.
DESCRIPTION
The Collection Services Program Manager serves the residents of Sacramento County by assuring the fair and accurate collection of debts. Under general policy direction, through supervisors and lead-workers, incumbents also plan, organize, direct and control the collection/legal enforcement activities of debts owed to County departments and others.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Either:
1. One year of experience in the Sacramento County class of Collection Services Supervisor.
Or:
2. Three years of experience, in any combination, in a supervisory or management capacity involving delinquent debt collection for either a collections agency, an employer who does not use a collections agency, or a federal, state or county government.
