As a Physical/Occupational Therapist Supervisor with the Placer County Public Health division, you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing our Medical Therapy Unit. Your tasks will include planning, organizing, and directing all services, from clinic coordination to client caseload management. You'll oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a high standard of therapy services. Additionally, you will coordinate resources, implement unit goals, and maintain accurate records while monitoring budgets and compliance with regulations. You'll also act as a liaison with community organizations and other agencies, representing Placer County in various meetings and facilitating comprehensive therapy approaches. Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years of full-time experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist, including at least one year working with children in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings. One year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

The ideal applicant must have graduated from an accredited program in physical or occupational therapy and hold a current valid license from the Physical Therapy Board of California or the California Board of Occupational Therapy, along with certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
