Health & Human Services Program Supervisor

The Adult System of Care division of the Health & Human Services Department is seeking a Health and Human Services Program Supervisor to assist in the administration of housing programs!

The Supervisor's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the administration and/or operation of a transitional housing program, administration of federal tenant/project-based permanent supportive housing voucher programs, federal and state budget management/administration, housing database management, and oversight of clinical case management. Furthermore, this position serves as a program resource to Placer communities and key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification

Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.  A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:

• Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible experience in providing professional and/or clinical client services with at least two years of the qualifying experience at the journey level or higher.
• Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.  Designated positions may require major course work in specific and concentrated areas of study.

NOTE: Applicants receiving their degree outside the United States must submit proof of accreditation by a recognized evaluation agency.

Required License or Certificate:

• May need to possess a valid driver's license as required by the position.  Proof of adequate vehicle insurance and medical clearance may also be required.
• Designated positions may require possession of a specific license to perform and/or oversee clinical or medical functions in the State of California.
