Transfer Center Coordinator - Valley Area Transfer Center (Full time-Nights)
**Description** The Sutter Health Transfer Center (SHTC) Coordinator in conjunction with the SHTC Nurse assists to coordinate timely patient transfers, direct admissions into and out of Sutter Hospitals.
