Account Clerk
Job Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Rate: $22-$22.91/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am – 3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as an Account Clerk? Bolt Staffing has opportunities to launch or continue your career in public service with the County of Sacramento. We have job opportunities available for Account Clerk (Levels I/II) with dozens of different County departments. Our client in the Sacramento area is seeking a dependable professional to provide temporary coverage in the Civil Division. This is a high-volume, data entry role requiring accuracy, organization, and a strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing and identification of incoming mail, including checks
- Batch and scan checks into the internal accounting system
- Post employee issued checks to the correct case files
- Prepare and mail correspondence and refund checks
- Handle court payment entries
- Review levy case files and complete writ returns for court submission
