Administrative Assistant - Optimization and Support (Full Time / Days)

**MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS**
**Education/including Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:**
+ High school degree or equivalent required.
+ Secretarial college or A.A. preferred.
+ Prior experience in administrative support preferred.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in advanced administrative skills(e.g., minutes, transcription, scheduling) and MS Office Suite required.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in using andtroubleshooting issues with office equipment (e.g., LCD projectors) required.
+ Ability to type 50 wpm required.
+ Prior experience inhealthcare setting is preferred.
**Skills / Knowledge:**
+ Proficiency in administrative office procedures and protocol; meeting planning and preparation of minutes,scheduling, design and maintenance of filing and office systems.
+ Knowledge of healthcare setting is preferred.
+ Excellent knowledge of the English language and grammar is required.
+ Complex and multiple projects in fast paced environment; may be required to make decision based on incompletedata.
+ Must be professional in appearance.
