**Description** The Systems Administrator IV (SA) is considered a master level Systems Administrator with expertise in the applications and systems of Sutter Physician Services. This position is a critical contact point for the Business Systems Division leadership team and will work closely with various other teams as needed within SPS and SHIS in support of process automation initiatives. This individual will also develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with key client staff and operational subject matter experts. The SA will work closely with client leadership, divisional SMEs, SHIS teams, SPS trainers, and application vendors. Strong communication and presentation skills are required as this position will provide regular updates to the various leadership committees. This role will assist in the creation and maintenance of architecture standards and best practices for systems and applications including both in-house development as well as third-party applications. This position will assume a technical leadership role on the team and is responsible for regular communications with Technical and Business Leadership Teams, Vendors and Partners, Analysts, Developers, QA Testers, and Support Teams. This position must be highly familiar with the needs of the customer base and be able to analyze the life cycle of all basic processes to assist in ongoing review of quality assurance and cost effectiveness to the organization.
