Systems Administrator IV (SA) is considered a master level Systems
Administrator with expertise in the applications and systems of Sutter
Physician Services. This position is a critical contact point for the Business
Systems Division leadership team and will work closely with various other teams
as needed within SPS and SHIS in support of process automation initiatives.
This individual will also develop and maintain an excellent working
relationship with key client staff and operational subject matter experts. The
SA will work closely with client leadership, divisional SMEs, SHIS teams, SPS
trainers, and application vendors. Strong communication and presentation skills
are required as this position will provide regular updates to the various
leadership committees. This role will assist in the creation and maintenance of
architecture standards and best practices for systems and applications
including both in-house development as well as third-party applications. This
position will assume a technical leadership role on the team and is responsible
for regular communications with Technical and Business Leadership Teams,
Vendors and Partners, Analysts, Developers, QA Testers, and Support Teams. This
position must be highly familiar with the needs of the customer base and be
able to analyze the life cycle of all basic processes to assist in ongoing
review of quality assurance and cost effectiveness to the organization. The
position requires capacity for systemic analysis and troubleshooting.
+ Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or equivalent education and experience required.
+ 5+ years’ direct experience with Epic,applicable Epic certifications required (preference in Resolute, Chronicles andTapestry).
+ 5+ years’ experience within healthcarerequired.
+ 5+ years’ experience writing ASP.NETApplications using C# including any applicable certifications.
+ 5+ years’ experience in Visual Studio TeamSystems & Source Control
+ 5+ years’ experience in a customer serviceoriented environment.
+ 5+ years’ experience in process analysis andautomation
+ 5+ years’ experience writing Advanced SQL,stored procedures and SSIS packages required.
+ 5+ years’ experience with BusinessIntelligence Systems (preference in SQL Server Reporting Services andMicrostrategy).
+ 5+ years' experience focusing on security and protecting PHI
+ 5+ years' experience with Business Systems and development.
+ Experience utilizing data-modeling standards andassociated techniques.
+ Experience with Robotic Process Automationsoftware (Blue Prism (preferred), UiPath, Pega, etc.) a plus.
+ Direct experience working in a change control orsoftware development life cycle (SDLC) process with direct experiencedeveloping technical documentation including: Technical requirements, Data flowdiagrams, Unit tests, Operations manuals, Release notes
+ Knowledge of health plans and related healthinsurance principles is strongly preferred.
