About you As we are expanding our wonderful team of appointment setters, we are looking for a reliable, professional and warm team player, who wants to work part-time. If you have a good understanding of people and are well spoken, we might be looking for you! We need someone who is smart, persuasive and good at working with quotas.
What part will you play ReferralExchange is looking for an appointment setter who can place themselves in the shoes of a personal assistant. You will be receiving information of real estate agents from all over the country, contact them by phone and schedule solid appointments between them and the sales representatives. These are many short, friendly and persuasive phone calls.
What we expect from you
Be passionate, energetic and professional
Take pride in your work and be punctual.
1-2 years of call center experience
Can work with a script and sound conversational
Has closing skills
Be flexible, both when it comes to changes around you and on the phone when interacting with agents with different personalities.
Phone Etiquette - be respectful, show consideration, and communicate clearly.
Speed - be able to work quickly without sacrificing the quality of your work.
Willingness to keep learning and absorb the company’s culture
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
