What part will you play

ReferralExchange is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can place themselves in the shoes of seasoned business professionals. Most of your administration is done by others, so you can do what you do best; close deals and exceed quotas. Our sale cycle is brief with a focus on 30-60 minute consultative screen-sharing presentation with real estate agents. You will show them the opportunity in a presentation and make sure they can’t refuse AND feel good about their purchase afterward.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Be passionate, energetic and ambitious
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Eager to exceed minimum sales goals
• Can take and throw a punch (verbally!)
• Communicate with influence and tailor our message to your audience
• Willingness to keep learning and absorb the company’s culture
• Desire to maximize earnings with uncapped commissions

• A very competitive salary. Our sales reps earn between 60k and 100k annually. This consists of $32.5k base salary + uncapped commission
