Provides HR support and services to the property including new hires, teammates and management. Acts as a liaison with Tribal Gaming Commission in processing licensing transactions.
High School diploma/GED required
Logical and critical thinking
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent data entry and clerical skills required
Excellent understanding of English language, both written and verbal
45 wpm typing speed
Able to multitask and handle interruptions
Able to prioritize and make deadline.
One year of experience in Human Resources preferred
Experience with Oracle Systems preferred
Essential Job Functions:
Be a lead person to do the following paperwork processes:
Gaming licenses and gaming license status and renewals,
Property to Property transfers.
Responsible for reviewing all employee data changes, separations, etc. and forwarding to Shared Services.
Works in an administrative capacity in executing the Internal Temp Program.
Helps update referral program and processes referrals for payment.
All other tasks and projects as assigned.
