ITC Service Group (“ITC”), is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst in Citrus Heights, CA.  The Business Process Analyst will perform routine business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining. As a Business Process Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios, tracking performance metrics or building metrics that matter, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you'll focus on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Researches best practices and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations.
  • Work with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
  • Provide business data interpretation.
  • Produce ad hoc data and reports.
  • Assist in developing or implementing systems to capture business operation information.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems.
  • Develop as-is and to-be flow diagrams to document high level or critical project processes.
  • Improve efficiency through standardization of processes and streamlined workflows.
  • Identify ways to more effectively monitor projects and eliminate waste and duplication.
  • Continuous process improvement.
  • Equipping PM’s and PM teams with appropriate resources and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Experience

  • Typically requires 5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
