The VOC Analyst reports directly to the VOC Manager and has
day to day responsibility for data analytics, modeling scenarios, handling
short turnaround requests and building Tableau visualizations and other
reporting for multiple stakeholders throughout the Sutter Health
organization. This position serves as a support liaison for the dashboard
and other committees focused on organizational goals and improving patient
outcomes. This role is also focused on mining VOC datasets to support
other organizational initiatives, and on partnering with other Research and
Insights team members to cross fertilize data and insights to further the goal
of building and maintaining a comprehensive insights engine.
The Voice of Customer team is responsible for
patient surveying at Sutter Health. As such, the VOC team acts as liaison
between the survey vendor and the patient-facing staff at each of the
locations. In addition to ensuring that all surveying is taking place per the
approved contracts, the duties of the VOC also include monitoring of the survey
process so that regulatory requirements are followed and that patient response
data is timely, accurate, and actionable.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent education/experience required
+ 5+ years' experience with data analysis in thehealthcare industry
+ Intermediatelevel experience with Tableau or comparable Business Intelligence reportingtool (MicroStrategy, Cognos). Tableau certification highly desirable.
+ Advanced capabilities with Excel, Accessand other analytical tools to enable forecasting and modeling to answeradvanced business questions
+ Experience in project management; synthesizing diverseand complex information into usable intelligence and proven ability incommunication, influencing, and mentoring skills.
+ Extensive proven results in application of strategicand financial analysis.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in amatrix management environment.
+ Exposure to data science programming languages,like R or Python, preferred
