Our Sales and Operations Team is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help build and strengthen our relationships with the real estate agents we serve. Once a real estate agent joins our network, the partnership begins. Your main focus will be on-boarding and activating these accounts through hosting webinars. It is your role to have engaging conversations to make sure agents understand what it takes to have a successful partnership with us.
We are looking for a well-rounded sales and service professional as you will be responsible for ensuring that our new relationships with our real estate agents start off on the right foot. These partnerships are integral to our business, and a well-established relationship with them will be the driver of our future growth. You will need to understand every part of the business cycle from the perspective of the real estate agents and be able to explain to them how we can both profit best from our working relationship. Since the real estate agents are located throughout the country, (and Canada!) your conversations will be on the phone and through webinars from our awesome Rancho Cordova campus.
