The **RN Site Supervisor** , in conjunction with the Regional Manager/Director, provides clinical and administrative direction to personnel and activities associated with providing quality patient care. The RN Site Supervisor assists in the management and integration of the activities and resources of the department locations. In addition, the RN Site Supervisor provides direct patient care as described in the RN position description.
**MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Current California RN license in the State of California to practice Professional nursing.
+ BSN or a Bachelor's degree with a major in nursing is preferred.
+ Experience in area of clinical specialty is preferred.
+ Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
+ Demonstrate basic nursing skills.
+ Demonstrate effective English verbal and written communication skills.
+ Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care provider.
+ Self directed in coordinating the care plan for patient care delivery.
+ Completion of SMF orientation:
+ Successful completion of Basic Skills Assessment.
+ Successful completion of Epic and IDX course work and competency assessment.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of community resources, legal policies relating to patient decisions and outcomes.
+ Demonstrate skills in delegation, leadership and team management concepts.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of the performance standards of other team members.
+ Completion of department specific orientation.
