Responsible for supporting the technical
operations of the Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing applications.
Leads matrixed teams/projects with substantial resource requirements, risk
and/or complexity. Provides strategic direction on projects and problems that
require in-depth evaluation, understanding of the business processes, and
innovative solutions. Performs critical and highly complex system analysis,
design, development, testing, and documentation. Develops strong working
relationships with Operations Leadership, Application Owners, and Vendors.
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience required
+ Certification or Proficiency with with Epic PB or Epic HB
+ 9+ years' in depth experience working with healthcare related applications required.
+ Demonstrated technical and business experience.
+ Experience in consulting with vendors, clients and management.
+ Strong problem and issue resolution experience
+ Knowledge of health care operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of information system applications in the practicing health care environment.
