**Position Overview:** The **Senior Financial Analyst** assists the Valley Hospital Director of Decision Support Services in the support of the Administrative and Management Teams of Sutter Health Valley Area (SHVA) through the analysis and evaluation of the financial and operational performance of the business entities of SHVA. Responsibilities include leading in the development, analysis and maintenance of standard costs, cost allocations, productivity standards and standard cost accounting methodologies throughout SHVA. Assist in the maintenance of the Decision Support System (EPSi) and the data interfaced to the system. Assist facility analysts in the development of operating and capital budgets, the generation and interpretation of flexible budget reports and analyses. Provides analytical support in the completion of special projects, development of long range planning forecasts and other projects requested by members of Administration and Management Teams of SHVA.
