**Position Overview:** Develop and drive a proactive, data/insights driven marketing strategy, program implementation, and communications program for Sutter Health Plan Partnerships and Products (SH HP3) that supports growth and develiver marketing targets. Develop and manage all end user engagement marketing and communication strategies that drive preference and growth for Sutter Health's Plan Partnerships and Products (HP3) offerings to brokers, employers, and employee audiences. Oversee all offline and online brand identity, UX product experience, marketing strategy, advertising, and media relations to support member and engagement objectives. The position reports to Chief Marketing & Brand Officer and to CEO, Health Plan Products and key executive management within HP3. In support of HP3, manage alignment with Sutter Health's system brand equity and expression to develop tone, and voice into compelling on/offline design, multi-media, print, direct mail, and special events that keeps the portfolio of Business to Business (B2B) brands relevant. Develop targeted B2B integrated marketing strategies, for HP3 to develop engaging communications and messaging that builds brand awareness, familiarity and inclusion to targeted audiences. Lead strategic design initiatives that showcase our innovative products and services while providing Sutter Health's HPP with a competitive marketing advantage to brokers, employers, providers, members and prospective members. Manage a successful portfolio of digital and mobile marketing programs to include portals, web, print, digital and social media channels to promote existing and new experiences and campaigns to new levels of effectiveness and measurability. This includes responsibility of leveraging technology, data, and analytics to drive optimization in results and ROI. The Senior Director will champion HP3 brands and focus on continuous monitoring of key marketing and competitive trends and positioning, actively leading and incorporating new technology, tools, and best modern marketing best practices to empower and enable teams to drive positive outcomes for our customers and the business. This role will have the capability of being based out of Sacramento or San Francisco and will depend on the chosen candidates location. **Qualifications:** **Education** • Bachelor's Business Administration, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field required • Master's Business Administration (MBA), Communications (MSc), M.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications or related field preferred • Other Active membership in the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), American Marketing Association (AMA), International Association of Business Communicators (IBAC), or other similar peer organizations Preferred • Other Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from PRSA Certified Marketing Management Profession (CMMP) or similar peer certification preferred **Experience** • 10+ years Seasoned professional with marketing, communications and public relations expertise as typically obtained during 10 years of experience in progressively senior positions in the healthcare industry Required • 10+ years Familiarity with state and federal regulatory guidelines in healthcare products, marketing and communications, industry trends, Medicare Advantage, PPO, EPO and POS.
