**Position Overview:** With guidance from Medical Director, incumbent has overall and direct responsibility for all administrative and clinical activities related to respiratory care, which may include Blood Gas and Pulmonary Function Labs, Outpatient pediatric clinic, and Pulmonary Rehab. Incumbent is also accountable for planning, fiscal resources/budget, and regulatory compliance. **Qualifications:** **Education,Licensures, and Certifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field. Required + Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Required + Respiratory Care Practitioner – RCP – Required Upon Hire + Registered Respiratory Therapist - RRT– Required Upon Hire + Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician - CRTT– Required Upon Hire + Basic Life Support Certification - BLS– Required Upon Hire + Pediatric Emergency assessment recognition and stabilization - PEARS– Required Upon Hire **Experience:** + 6-9 years Respiratory therapy clinical experience as generally demonstrated by 5+ years of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting. Required + 6-9 years Management experience as generally demonstrated by 5+ years of progressively responsible management/supervisory experience. Required + 3-5 years’ Experience in analyzing and implementing process improvements for program/service delivery. Required + 3-5 years’ Experience with pulmonary and blood gas functions.
