**Position Overview:** Oversees and supervises all EAP clinical and the Provider Relations staff and contractors in the delivery of Assessments and Referrals, CISM, Workshops, etc.. Defines and ensures adherence to best clinical practices. Works closely with the EAP Director to ensure excellent service is delivered to all of EAP’s customers. Utilizing solid management skills, in conjunction with the EAP Director, maintains a break even financial performance. Management reserves the right to revise the job description or require that other tasks be performed when the circumstances of the job change (for example, emergencies, changes in personnel, workload, or technical development). **Qualifications:** **Education/Certification/Licensure:** MA/MS degree required. LCSW or MFT or PSY required. Certified Employee Assistance Professional desired. **Experience** : EAP Supervision/Leadership Experience Working knowledge of HIPAA Regulations and Practices EAP Industry Standards and Best Practices Demonstrated ability to define, capture and analyze EAP clinical data metrics Solid working knowledge of technological tools including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to easily learn new programs **Knowledge** : Breadth of knowledge and experience of the continuum of care in behavioral health is required. Strong knowledge of community resources is required Strong knowledge of the principles of adult education Strong knowledge of Knox Keene regulations **Skills** : Leadership skills required Strong, well honed clinical assessment skills are required. Critical Incident Stress Management training and experience preferred.
