Job Description

Job Summary:
Under close supervision of the Creative and Digital Director this internship is designed to expose the individual to all aspects of video production, digital, and social media platforms, including game-day video services, broadcast production and fan engagement and enhancement for all UC Davis men's and women's Intercollegiate Athletic sports programs.

Physical Demands:
Lift and move multi media items such as cameras, lighting, etc, weighing up to 50lb.

Work Environment:
Work flexible schedule.

Work irregular shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Background Check Required:

This position is a critical position and subject to a background check. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background investigation including criminal history and identity checks.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in shooting and editing video, photography, and other multi-media platform segments.

Excellent writing, editing, typing, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Quick decision making and problem solving skills.

Recent graduate of UC Davis.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in producing game-day video, replay and web streaming and directing/producing live events.
