ELEVATE TO EL DORADO The County of El Dorado is recruiting applicants for SNOW REMOVAL WORKER. This recruitment will establish a list for the purpose of filling current and future seasonal vacancies in South Lake Tahoe.We currently have the following vacancies:
One (1) Extra Help/Seasonal vacancy for the Maintenance and Operations Division of the Transportation Department located in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Extra help vacancies are made to maintain adequate coverage of work for short periods of time at frequent intervals, where employment is of a recurrent nature depending on the needs of the Agency; work may be seasonal, on-call, and/or for a limited duration.
The Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, be a proficient equipment operator and be able to recognize potential hazards while operating equipment. Will possess a valid commercial driver's license with no restrictions. ***THE COUNTY HAS PROVIDED HOUSING IN SOUTH LAKE TAHOE FOR OUT OF AREA EMPLOYEE USE DURING WORK DAYS*** This recruitment will be continuous with the following cut-off dates: • October 31, 2018 • November 19, 2018
