Under the supervision of qualified project managers, operations managers, and superintendents:
Prepare contents inventories
Identify possible hazardous materials
Install containment barriers
Clean and deodorize smoke damaged property
Identify damaged property following a water or fire loss
Use tools and equipment to repair structure damage
Work with specialized cleaning and deodorizing equipment
Take and pass specialized training classes on property restoration
Read estimates and assist in preparing restoration budgets
Prepare reports using MS Office products and other computer applications
All other duties as assigned
Technical Skills: Driver’s License with a good driving record, Laptop or desktop computer, MS Office, Google mail, 2 or more years of completed college coursework with B average or better and competent math skills are required for this position.
Communication Skills: Fluent English, both oral and written. Some Spanish language skills preferred.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office, warehouse, 3rd party property and outdoor environments. This position has a variety of business hours which may include evenings and weekends. Some travel is required for this position.
Physical Demands: Must be able to load and offload equipment that may weigh up to 30 pounds. The employee is regularly required to walk, talk and hear. The employee will use his/her hands to hold, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
