Our people bring deep industry knowledge to help you succeed. + Provides support to the Resident Engineer in the administration of the terms and conditions of a construction contract. + Manages the contract change process including monitoring and tracking changes and claims resolution + Coordinates with the Resident Engineer and Project Engineer on the identification of Proposed Change Orders and Change Order Requests + Prepares and manages change orders, including preparing the Record of Negotiations and maintaining the contract files. + Reviews Application for Payments and project correspondence to the Contractor for conformance with contractual requirements. + Reviews and responds to RFIs that request clarification of contractual requirements. + Assists the Resident Engineer in contractual closeout to ensure all administrative and contractual requirements are met. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline from an accredited institution + 3+ years of recent experience in using construction management software + Demonstrated knowledge of construction contract requirements, contract change conditions and claims analysis and negotiations, change order cost estimates, and time impact analyses. + Possession of a valid driver’s license **Preferred Qualifications** + 15+ years of recent experience in construction contract management on large and complex engineering/construction projects for a public agency or municipal owner + Served in a lead role for contract management/administration on a tunnel project with a construction value over $50 million in the past fifteen (15) years + Direct experience that includes construction management of at least one infrastructure construction project with a major facility shutdown for a public agency and/or municipality **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future .
