United States of America - Hawaii, Honolulu **Job Summary** AECOM is seeking a qualified Field Team Leader to oversee, delegate and coordinates all field activities in conjunction with the Field Manager in the Honolulu, HI location this position can be based remotely in the US. The ideal person will provide specialized skills on complex technical and/or business process matters in one or more areas of knowledge while retaining accountability, including but not limited to the following activities: + Test borehole and well drilling activities + Preparation for and execution of Long Term Monitoring (LTM) events (quarterly) + Management of client disposal and profilingCoordination and Management of client multilevel well equipping and monitoring + Data processing and review with Senior Hydrogeologists + Manage of drilling contractor scheduling + Monitoring of expenditures (warehouse and field) associated with the client + Reviews subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy + Ensures that planning documents (e.g., MWIWP and SAP) are properly implemented + Oversees distribution of staffing assignments to ensure all activities are covered by technically qualified personnel + Ensures coverage of field activities with SSHO’s + Acts as SSHO as needed, in addition to their higher-level assignment + Ensures that AECOM Quality requirements are implemented in the field (e.g., calculation checks, field documentation, field notebooks). + Ensures that field documentation is properly archived electronically in the project folders on the AECOM server **Minimum Requirements** BA/BS + 4 YORE or AA/AS (US) + 6 YORE or HS/GED + 8 YORE **Preferred Qualifications** MS Degree **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future .
