Job Description

Examples of Job Duties:

  • Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Attentively and promptly responds to member needs
  • Admits members by scanning their membership cards and appropriately responds to messages regarding the account
  • Answers and transfers phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Promptly greets walk-in prospective members and quickly contacts a Membership Advisor to assist
  • Schedules appointments for members (tanning and other CFF services)
  • Processes member paperwork, including address changes, member cancellations, new members, electronic funds transfers, and payments
  • Supports and articulates the CFF mission statement
  • Ensures cleanliness of the club
  • Other duties as may be assigned


  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification (within 60 days of employment, company provided)
  • Demonstrable abilities in customer service and multi-tasking
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • +1 years’ experience in a retail sales environment preferred but not required


  • Part-time, 15-25 hours a week
  • Shifts vary within these times
  • Monday, 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Wednesday, 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
