Examples of Job Duties:
- Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner
- Attentively and promptly responds to member needs
- Admits members by scanning their membership cards and appropriately responds to messages regarding the account
- Answers and transfers phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Promptly greets walk-in prospective members and quickly contacts a Membership Advisor to assist
- Schedules appointments for members (tanning and other CFF services)
- Processes member paperwork, including address changes, member cancellations, new members, electronic funds transfers, and payments
- Supports and articulates the CFF mission statement
- Ensures cleanliness of the club
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification (within 60 days of employment, company provided)
- Demonstrable abilities in customer service and multi-tasking
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- +1 years’ experience in a retail sales environment preferred but not required
Availability:
- Part-time, 15-25 hours a week
- Shifts vary within these times
- Monday, 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Wednesday, 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
