United States of America - California, Sacramento **Job Summary** AECOM is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Project Manager. This role will support the strategic business pursuits of large scale, complex programs/projects in the education market sector for the West Region’s Program & Project Management Business line (PPM). This is a part time position to be based from Sacramento, CA. + The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Responsible for assisting the PPM Education Market Lead in pursuits in the West Region, predominately in Northern California. + Responsible for actively looking for new opportunities in the West Region Education Market. + Responsible for supporting bids and proposal activities in the Education Market. + Analyze and recommend alternative project delivery strategies for different components of the program that might offer cost, schedule, quality and coordination benefits. + Open to travel throughout California, when required. + Other duties as may be assigned. **About** **AECOM** At **AECOM** , we believe infrastructure creates opportunity for everyone. From education, healthcare, transportation and water facilities to sports, leisure, cultural arts and other public gathering venues, we deliver on the promise of protecting our clients’ interests as our own and building partnerships with the communities we serve. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Project and Construction Management experience supporting education programs/projects within the State of California. **Preferred Qualifications** + Minimum 15 years of related experience managing and executing large scale, complex construction projects for educational facilities. + Experience with Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) and Division of State Architect (DSA). + Professional registration (PE,PMP, CCM, DBIA, LEED) preferred but not required. + Experience in multiple delivery methods. **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future .
