We are proud to be recognized for excellence: + Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies – 2014-2020 + \#1 in Transportation and General Building in Engineering-News Record's 2019 “Top 500 Design Firms” and #1 2019 “Top 200 Environmental Firms” + VIQTORY 2020 Military Friendly® Gold Employer + Perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index for 2017-2019 **Job Summary:** + Providing clerical, administrative and document control/records management support a construction management team. + Maintaining project records, incoming and outgoing correspondence and filing systems. + Assisting in setting up projects and workflow. + Making copies, compiling binders, and scanning and uploading documents into a documents management system. + Providing routine information to departmental personnel on the preparation of procedure and policy documents, reports, and program implementation. + Attending construction meetings (pre-bid, pre-con, progress, etc.) as requested and preparing meeting minutes. + Assisting to prepare construction reports including progress reports, among others. + Assisting to prepare presentations using PowerPoint. + As directed, preparing, generating, and updating documents, contract reports, surveys, databases and mailing lists. + Assisting in the review, processing and monitoring of construction contracts and contract certification procedures. + Maintains contract files, and other contract documents and certificates, and monitors validity of documents. + Assisting in tracking change orders, change order requests, claims, punch lists, QA noncompliance notices, requests for information (RFI), submittals, transmittals, construction permits. + At the completion of each construction contract, ensuring receipt of manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, etc., and compliance with established guidelines for distribution and storage of these items. + Performing related office administrative duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience using Construction Management documents management systems and MS Office software including but not limited to Word, and Excel + Knowledge of: Document control practices, finance, accounting, budgeting, and contract administration. + Ability to: Work in construction environment, perform the required duties under tight schedule, and work overtime to meet deadlines. Significant attention to detail is required in the preparation of Rim Fire reimbursement packages. + Skills to: Utilize computers for word-processing, databases, Internet, e-mail and various spreadsheet software applications. **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
