Schedules and documents project meetings, coordinates progress and safety reporting, and coordinates, documents, and provides receipt acceptance of materials from the contractor. + Coordinates turnover of as-built record drawings, O&M Manuals, spare parts, and warranties. + Under limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria. + May assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel. **Minimum Requirements** + BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline from an accredited institution + Six (6) or more years of relevant experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Ten (10) years of recent experience in construction contract administration, or office engineering, on large and complex engineering/construction projects + Demonstrated experience in understanding and interpreting contract plans and specifications, the administration of construction contracts, performance of mathematical computations and application of the results to inspection work, and preparation of various types of reports and written communications necessary for recordkeeping and the ability to draft letters to contractors + Knowledge of construction contract requirements, contract change conditions and claims analysis and negotiations, change order cost estimates, and time impact analyses, is desirable. + At least three (3) years of recent experience in using construction management software + Possession of a valid driver’s license **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
