We are proud to be recognized for excellence: + Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies – 2014-2020 + \#1 in Transportation and General Building in Engineering-News Record's 2019 “Top 500 Design Firms” and #1 2019 “Top 200 Environmental Firms” + VIQTORY 2020 Military Friendly® Gold Employer + Perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index for 2017-2019 **Job Summary:** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: + Under general direction, technically manages quality projects or major phases of significant quality projects, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned project. + Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge to the completion of significant quality assignments. + Provides leadership for quality assurance and quality control support on assigned program(s) and/or areas to ensure that the project is designed, procured and installed in accordance with customer and company quality requirements. + Provides leadership for new systems, development, proposals, implementation, procedures and any related quality activity. + Analyzes, evaluates and plans methods of approach, as well as organizes means to achieve solution of complex technical problems. + Reviews project process and evaluates results. + Evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services. + Makes frequent decisions using principles and professional independent judgment. + Conducts investigations and tests that are of considerable complexity. + Provides technical consultation to lower level engineers, technicians and inspectors. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years or more of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree plus eight (8) years or more of relevant experience + Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check and have a valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ten (10) years of experience in construction related QA/QC or Resident Engineering + Clear, demonstrated experience in the development of policies and procedures + Background in compliance and reporting + Experience working on water/wastewater projects such as wastewater treatment facilities + Experience understanding the inspection and quality management process on engineering and construction related projects is highly preferred + Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus but not required **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
