Our industry-leading design, planning, architecture, engineering, program management and construction management teams are laser-focused on exceptional client service and flawless execution—helping strengthen critical infrastructure for generations to come. **Job Summary/Responsibilities** + As part of the DCS Americas marketing team, lead proposals to assist business line (BL) or region with priority pursuits in support of strategic growth and winning work + Collaborate with regional and BL teams on identified priority pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations, including requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and pre-solicitation efforts + Interface with operations to win work and to manage the information infrastructure that enables the business to do so efficiently + Lead the coordination for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan and production + Support capture teams with pre-RFP proposal planning, applying win plan and discriminators in deliverables + Responsible for leading proposals and supporting capture through to interview stage, as required + Provide conceptual leadership for document design while ensuring RFP instructions and internal brand guidelines pertaining to format, fonts, etc. are being followed + May facilitate Pink and Red team reviews, and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals + Manage the implementation of proposal and presentation revisions based on direction from review teams + Writing and editing of resumes and past performance sections for proposals + Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses in compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities as they pertain to preparation for the proposal + Support debriefs and gathering of client feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvement + Support content development related clients/markets, as requested by communications, client account managers (CAMs) and other BLs as necessary + May contribute to the development and implementation/presentation of internal training content + Support special projects, as required. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong writing and/or editing skills (ie marketing writing, proposal writing, technical writing, copywriting, etc) + Experience with SF330 proposals or federal proposals **Additional Information** + Relocation is not available for this position + Sponsorship is not available for this position **What We Offer** When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
